Kantevo Privacy Policy

Your Photos and Reports

Every photograph you take or import, every annotation you draw on it, every item, room, floor, trade and note you enter, your branding and your signature, and every PDF report Kantevo makes are stored on your device, in the app's own storage. Pretty Toolkit has no access to any of it, none of it is uploaded to our servers, and there is no account or sign-in.

Backup goes to your own iCloud Drive, in your own iCloud account, where it is covered by your arrangement with Apple rather than by us. Export and Import in Settings let you move that copy yourself. If you back up your iPhone, the app's data is included in that backup, which also stays between you and Apple.

Deleting Kantevo removes everything the app held on your device. A backup sitting in your own iCloud Drive stays there until you delete it.

Data Collection

Kantevo collects nothing. We do not receive your name, email address, phone number, or Apple ID, and we do not receive your photographs, your reports, or anything you type into an item. Version 1.0 contains no analytics SDK of any kind, so no usage statistics leave your device - not even anonymous ones - and the App Store privacy label for Kantevo is Data Not Collected.

The app makes no network calls at all apart from Apple's StoreKit, which handles purchases.

Location

Kantevo strips GPS metadata from every photograph by default, so the coordinates a camera normally writes into an image are removed before that photograph is stored in the app or placed in a report. Recording a location is an explicit choice: the setting is off when you first open the app, and switching it on records the location inside the app, on your device, and nowhere else. Whether the setting is on or off, nothing about where you are is ever sent to us.

Subscriptions and Payments

Kantevo Pro is an auto-renewing subscription handled entirely by the Apple App Store through StoreKit. Apple processes the payment; we receive no card details and no payment information at all. You can view, change, or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple account settings.

Third-Party Services

Kantevo uses Apple frameworks only: StoreKit for purchases and iCloud Drive for the backup kept in your own iCloud account. These are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. There is no third-party SDK in the app: no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting, no data brokers.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with anyone. There is nothing to share - your photographs, reports, and notes never reach us in the first place. When you send a report it leaves as a PDF attached to whatever you pick in the iOS share sheet, and it goes only where you send it.

Tracking

Kantevo does not track you across apps and websites owned by other companies. The app does not use the advertising identifier and shows no App Tracking Transparency prompt.

Children's Privacy

Kantevo is a working tool intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children - or from anyone else, since the app collects nothing at all.

Your Rights and Data Deletion

Because everything stays on your own device, you are already in control: deleting Kantevo removes every photograph, item and report it held, and a backup in your own iCloud Drive is yours to delete whenever you want. We hold no data about you, so there is nothing for us to look up, export, or delete on request. If you have a privacy question, email aboyahyadev@icloud.com and we will respond within 30 days. EU residents have rights under GDPR and California residents under the CCPA; contact us at the same address to exercise them.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
