Productivity app for iPhone

What is Esynit?

Esynit is a PDF signing app for iPhone. Open a document that needs your signature, draw or place your signature on it, fill in the dates, names and details it asks for, and share the finished PDF straight back — usually in under a minute. There is no account to create, and the signing flow works entirely on your phone.

Esynit features

What can you do with Esynit?

Esynit is built for quick, focused utility on iPhone. These are the core things it helps you do, without clutter or extra setup.

Signed before the day ends

The document lands in your inbox, you open it, sign it, and it is already on its way back. No printer, no scanner, no waiting until you are next near a desk.

Your signature, saved and ready

Draw it, type it in a handwriting style, or photograph the signature you already use — Esynit lifts it cleanly off the paper. Saved once, ready on every document, and yours to redo whenever you like.

Dates, names and details in a tap

Tap where the form wants a date, a name, an address, or a check, and it is filled — in your own language's date format, with your saved details one tap away. No pinching at a tiny text box.

Nothing you sign leaves your iPhone

There is no account, no upload, and no server. The whole signing flow works in airplane mode, because your documents simply stay where they already are.

Is Esynit private?

Yes. Your documents, your signature, and the details you save stay on your iPhone. There is no account, nothing is uploaded, and Pretty Toolkit never sees a single document. The app records only anonymous usage statistics — which screens are opened, for example — that are never linked to you and never include anything from your documents.

How do I sign a PDF with Esynit?

Open the PDF in Esynit from Files or from an email attachment, tap the spot that needs your signature, and place it. Add the date, your name, an address, or a check mark the same way — one tap each. When the form is complete, export it and share it back through Mail, Messages, or any app you already use.

Can I use my own real signature?

Yes. You can draw it with your finger, type it in one of several handwriting styles, or photograph the signature you already sign with — Esynit removes the paper behind it and keeps just the ink. Your signature is saved for next time and can be redrawn or replaced whenever you want; it is never locked.

Does Esynit work offline?

Completely. The whole flow — importing a document, signing it, filling it in, and exporting the finished PDF — runs on your device with no internet connection at all. You can sign on a plane and share the moment you land.

Can I fix a mistake after I have signed?

Yes. Everything you place can be moved, resized, edited, or undone, and a document you have already exported reopens fully editable — so one wrong digit never means filling the whole form again. Your work saves itself continuously, even if you close the app mid-form.

Is a document signed in Esynit legally binding?

Esynit places your signature into the document and flattens it into the page — it does not issue certificates, and it is not a qualified or certified electronic signature service. Whether any signed document is accepted depends on the law where you are and on the parties involved, so check what your document requires before you rely on it.
