How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find the Pretty Toolkit app and tap Cancel Subscription.
How do I restore my purchases?
Open the app and go to Settings or the premium section. Tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.
The app isn't working correctly. What should I do?
Try closing and reopening the app, or restarting your device. Make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store. If the issue persists, contact us at aboyahyadev@icloud.com with a description of the problem.
Is my data private?
