Delayo Privacy Policy

Your Data

Your setup answers, every craving you press, every wait and every outcome are stored on your device, in Delayo's own storage. Pretty Toolkit has no access to any of it, none of it is uploaded to our servers, and there is no account or sign-in. If you back up your iPhone, this data is included in that backup, which stays between you and Apple.

Deleting Delayo removes everything the app held on your device.

Data Collection

Delayo collects nothing. We do not receive your name, email address, phone number, or Apple ID, and we do not receive your cravings, waits, or answers either. Version 1.0 contains no analytics SDK of any kind, so no usage statistics leave your device - not even anonymous ones.

Subscriptions and Payments

Purchases in Delayo are handled entirely by the Apple App Store through StoreKit. Apple processes the payment; we receive no card details and no payment information at all. You can view or change a purchase at any time in your Apple account settings.

Notifications

Delayo sends two local notifications and nothing else: one when a wait you started comes to an end, and one reminder about your trial. Both are scheduled on your device, neither carries anything beyond the app itself, and nothing is ever pushed from a server. You can turn notifications off for Delayo at any time in iOS Settings.

Third-Party Services

Delayo uses Apple frameworks only, including UserNotifications for the two reminders above and StoreKit for purchases, governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. There is no third-party SDK in the app: no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting, no data brokers.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with anyone. There is nothing to share - your information never reaches us in the first place.

Tracking

Delayo does not track you across apps and websites owned by other companies. The app does not use the advertising identifier and shows no App Tracking Transparency prompt.

Health and Wellness Disclaimer

Delayo is a personal tool for delaying and recording your own cravings. It is not a medical device, it does not give medical advice, and it makes no promise about whether or when you stop. For help with tobacco or nicotine dependence, consult a qualified professional.

Children's Privacy

Delayo is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children - or from anyone else, since the app collects nothing at all.

Your Rights and Data Deletion

Because everything stays on your own device, you are already in control: deleting Delayo removes every answer, craving and wait it held. We hold no data about you, so there is nothing for us to look up, export, or delete on request. If you have a privacy question, email aboyahyadev@icloud.com and we will respond within 30 days. EU residents have rights under GDPR and California residents under the CCPA; contact us at the same address to exercise them.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
