What is Sopora?

Sopora is a simple sleep journal for iPhone. Instead of recording audio or guessing your sleep stages, it lets you manually log when you went to bed, when you woke up, how rested you felt, and which lifestyle factors may have shaped the night.

Does Sopora track sleep automatically?

No. Sopora is deliberately manual. You type the sleep window yourself, which keeps the app private, lightweight, and editable. There is no microphone recording, no snore detection, and no automatic REM or deep-sleep scoring.

Can I edit old sleep entries?

Yes. Every sleep entry can be edited later. You can correct bed or wake times, change your rested rating, add notes, update factor tags, or remove an entry if it was logged by mistake.

What are lifestyle factors?

Lifestyle factors are simple tags you can add to a night, such as caffeine, alcohol, exercise, stress, screen time, travel, a late meal, or feeling unwell. Sopora uses them to help you notice patterns without asking for medical-level tracking.

Does Sopora offer reminders?
